But it's our signature drinks - The Pear-fect, the Autumn Kiss, the Hot Sailor - served indoors or at the outdoor tables that speak volumes about Red Star's dedication to mixology.
Finally, Chef Thomas Dunklin has created a fantastic selection of bites specifically for the Tavern. Fried Boudin, Pickled Peppers, House Made Worcestershire, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Oysters Skewers and Truffled Shoestring Fries with Creole Mustard Aioli... They're as delicious as they sound.
