For those with a predisposition toward that amber elixir, Red Star offers you monthly tasting flights and the largest, most comprehensive bourbon wall in Oregon. Our Bourbon Club will keep you in good company with fellow fans.
Likewise, cocktails of every stripe are prepared with an almost religious zeal. You'll find all the standards are carefully crafted. But it's our signature drinks - The Pear-fect, the Autumn Kiss, the Hot Sailor - served indoors or at the outdoor tables that speak volumes about Red Star's dedication to mixology.
Finally, Chef Thomas Dunklin has created a fantastic selection of bites specifically for the Tavern. Fried Boudin, Pickled Peppers, House Made Worcestershire, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Oysters Skewers and Truffled Shoestring Fries with Creole Mustard Aioli... They're as delicious as they sound.
