As with everything Red Star, Chef Thomas Dunklin oversees the painstakingly crafted catering menus (all of which can be tailored to your group's personal tastes), while Carole Lombardi, our veteran Director of Catering, expertly manages the "front of the house" facets.

Adjacent to Red Star at Hotel Monaco Portland, you will find:
- 5th Avenue Room: Located on the 10th floor, can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception, or divided into two rooms for smaller functions
- Alder Creek Room: Located on the 2nd floor, can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception, or divided into two rooms for smaller functions
- Lipman & Wolfe Room: Located on the 3rd floor, can accommodate up to 170 guests for a reception, or divided into two rooms
- Wendel Boardroom: Located on the 3rd floor, accommodates up to 16 guests
- Club Room: Located on the lobby level adjacent to Red Star, this private room accommodates up to 120 guests for a reception
